Maggie and CJ had a great time exploring this educational center run by Palacký University in Olomouc.
While most of the information for the exhibits was written in Czech, the activities were really interactive so figuring out how things worked was part of the fun. There were also friendly university students on hand to answer questions and guide the kids. They also helped us improve our pronunciation of Czech words like “Děkuju”, which means “thank you”.
We spent about two hours here and made it through two exhibits (History of Olomouc and Biology), also getting a brief introduction to a third exhibit (Physics). There was a whole floor we didn’t get to, but we had to drag the kids away as the place was closing.
