Day 2 – City Park, Heroes’ Square and Budapest Eye (Ferris Wheel)
City Park – The playground at the City Park was insanely busy, and the size and range of the climbing frames made us want to opt for another activity, but Maggie and CJ’s enthusiasm won us over. The equipment at the park turned out to be quite sophisticated with traffic lights at the tops of slides to control the lines of kids waiting for a turn. In the end, it was an injury-free experience!
Heroes’ Square
While I wandered around the monuments taking pictures, Chris and the kids enjoyed watching street performers doing tricks on bikes.
Budapest Eye / Ferris Wheel
Who could resist a chance to see the city at night from the top of a Ferris wheel?
